Prediction: 11/13 - Minnesota Timberwolves at Denver Nuggets (-6)
Last game: correct
Season (4-1)

The Nuggets and Wolves do not like each other. The rivalry has fizzled somewhat, mainly because the two main combatants (Spree and Jon Barry) are no longer on either of these teams. There is, however, still bad blood. The Nuggets are favored by 6 points and are coming of a bad loss to Sacramento. The Wolves have had 3 full days off after their impressive victory over the Lakers. My gut tells me to go with the Nuggets, but the Wolves have battled in both their road games so far this year, are well rested, and have a decent history against Denver in the past couple years. If Trenton Hassell can do his standard shutting down of Carmelo and Jaric/AC/Hudson can slow down Miller as well as they slowed down Smush, I can see this team winning. I expect Kenyon Martin to get off to a fast start, as he seems to do against KG often, but the Wolves should wear them down late in the game. Eddie should get a lot of minutes again, as he is much more apt for guarding Marcus Camby than the Kandi man is.

I'll take the Wolves and the points...

Minnesota Timberwolves - 92, DENVER NUGGETS - 89
